Hey thank you very much the link you sent me was very usefull and now im just hoping that the sitemap will work which im sure it will.
you can download stable version of phpSitemapNG from http://enarion.net/google/phpsitemapng/ and upload it to your server it will crawl pages and automatically create XML , rss and txt sitemaps
