Apache-created file is not deleting.

For some reason the apache created files on my account wont delete and I
have no idea how they got there. Is there any way to delete the files or am
I stuck with them?

or, alternatively, reply with the directory/files that are owned by apache and when he has time steve will change the ownership of them to you.

P.S - some software installations like SMF (i think) make files apache owner. apache-owner files do not just conjure out of thin air, usually a new installation is behind it.
