Am i the only one who runs here? Whats your guys best 1 mile time on a xC trial? Minez a 5.00 min. mile

Well I also run XC and track. I think my 1 mile time is between 5:30-6:00
that kinda sucks. I'm better at track than XC. My 100 time is like 12 seconds and my 200 is like 25 seconds. I think thats pretty good for a 9th grader.

5:30-6:00 isnt that bad. (Considering the states requiremtns to run is 10:00!)
I havent started track, it starts in the spring so i dont know my 100 time

I finally timed my 120 which is 12 seconds. I improved!
