That site has free LEGAL games to download if that's what you're talking about. And their games are pretty old... some not too old, but isn't popular.

Home of the Underdogs is your best bet for old games.
They have shareware, freeware, and abandonware all legal.
They have over 5000 games there, I found some old classics that I really liked.

For the record, abandonware is always illegal unless the copyright owners of the game give specific permission for it's free distribution, and in most cases they do not.
