The Sunni murderers around and only slightly under Saddam, like those around Hitler or Pol Pot or Stalin, deserve to die for the crimes and killings they joined in.
The minority Sunnis in Iraq have to wake up -- support democracy AND human rights and be against terrorists, or else become the hunted targets of the majority. Too many Sunnis have known who other Sunni killers are, without reporting them or stopping them. As Sunni killers murder Shia with bombs, the Shia death squads become the main effective punishment/ justice force.
Shia will greatly reduce their support for death squad militias when the Sunnis stop their anti-democracy terrorism.
