I need a C++ program for my brother :-
The program is to display the amplitude time graph in the case of unipolar type of conversion from digital to digital signals.

The output should be like this :-

Prices are negotiable. But I am willing to pay atleast 150 to 200 frih$

EDIT : I need this done by tomorrow, 16.1.2007, 7:30 PM, GMT+5.5 time.

c++? You need the source or why hast it to be c++?

If any other language is ok, I'll try. How is the input to the program? String like "01001110" submitted via programparameter eg. prog.exe 010011100
or read from a textfile?

Or has it to be calculated from a mathematical input? If so, how does it look?

It has to be in C++ since my brother has just finished his C++ classes and not yet started any other prog. languages. The input is given by the programmer, he says.
