Aliens!
It has not yet been proved that there is life on other planets. But some people believe that there is life somewhere in the universe because cases of Unidentified Flying Objects (U.F.O.) sightings have been reported. Aliens were the favorite theme for stories and other works of literature during the last century. These have given shapes and forms to our ideas of aliens, the most popular one being the large bald head with two large eyes. This idea had gained popularity since we expect the aliens to be very intelligent with a lot of brain and highly developed sense organs.
In our universe with three billion stars. There might be at least one-tenth with their own planetary systems. At least one percent of these might be able to sustain life. But, it is not correct to expect life in highly developed form. If it is so the planet having such life must have been formed in the early era of the Big Bang. So it will not be any of the near ones. So establishing a contact with them is surely impossible with the present technology. So our only hope of finding extra-terrestrial friends is that they find us. But life in primitive form might be found on our neighbour Mars.
If we are expecting highly developed life form they will have a lot of intelligence and deceit. They might have overcome feelings of violence and greed, or they might have destroyed their own eco-system as we are on the verge of doing and they might be looking for preys. We may get valuable information about the universe from them.
We will only have to wait to see if we are able to find extra terrestrial life.

A couple nights ago when I was taking the dogs out, I looked up and say a star, it appeared to be moving but it wasn't, the clouds were moving and that gave the star the appearance of movement. Just an example of how things can be misinterpreted as a UFO.

even i believe in the presence of aliens though i have not had any such incidents or sightings , symbolising u.f.o.'s presence....
earth is suitable place for us mankind , pluto or jupiter is not..this is because evolution is for adaptation , our kind simply got specialized to cope this environment..
similarly there may be alienkind for whom earth may not be suitable place to reside ;jupitar or pluto or any other may be .because they are adapted for that particular place..
so there shouldb some other kinds also in this universe..............

I don't doubt that there is other life in the universe... I just doubt that we have discovered it or it has discovered us.
I actually don't know if I believe in them. I think not, although I must admit seeing a UFO once. Not at night, but at broad daylight.
It could have been an aircraft from earth but it was sooo very fast, I don't think we have the technology yet.

yes I would suspect they exist.
Are they intelligent? who knows? are we?
It would be very egotistical to think that we are the only ones in the universe.
That said, will we fund them in my life time? Likely not.

If there are aliens, I can imagine they will be very careful with mankind. Mankind is a very destructive species, wars all around, big differences in wealth, abuse, violence, aggression, jealousy, theft, murder, adultery, should I even continue?
Nononono, if I would be an alien, I would be very careful to show myself to mankind.

I strongly doubt that aliens would be any different. Violence and aggression are not just traits of humans, there traits of life.

Then I'm real glad they didn't found us yet - a more intelligent species than we are - because they would have probably flocked to this planet....
....or they will soon
i think it's more than likely that the universe is full of life, more or less the same as us ( i got no proof, just a feeling ). Following darwin, for those of us that believe in evolution, if aliens find us before we find them they will probably wipe us out, like the colonials did to the american indians and the bushmen of australia etc. but i also think its unlikely that aliens would be interested in earth, by the time they have developed the technology to get here, they might as well go somewhere else with better nightlife and less republicans

Thats unlikely. Aliens would most likely be very different from us, they would have evolved in different environments and with different ancestors than us. For instance an octopus like creature evolving from being a aquatic animal to a land animal on a world with lower gravity and a thicker atmosphere that eventually evolves intelligence. Or a world that has no magnetic field, the soler winds from its star would ultimately strip the planet of its atmosphere but its far enough from its star that the life that forms on the planet has enough time to adapt to the thinning atmosphere, the life that evolves would have evolved in a very thin atmosphere and exposed to allot of radiation from the solar winds. Any intelligent life that evolves would be physically and chemically very different.

Thats actually the biggest evidence that life (or at least intelligent life) is very, very rare. They would have been here by now.
I believe the universe is way too vast for earth-life to be the only forms of life. There has to be something else out there, though I have no idea what it might be like...
I think aliens probably do exist somewhere, but probably somewhere too far away from us. It just makes sense that if life was able to evolve here, it was probably able to evolve somewhere else, too. Though more than likely it is a different kind of life than we know here.
