Well thats a reseller site for Godaddy.com where do u have a expired domain list there ?

but about the topic yes expired domains have few advantages than new domains. like expired domains might have lot of back links , would have a Google page rank already also since they would already indexed in popular search engines no fear of sand box.

You can find lists of domain names at dotster.com, but their reports have way too many items to be of use. You can also check out justdropped.com and deactivatedon.com.
