i seen this in a few corperate forums ..

have a place where only people with so many posts can see it and have it a request to be on the team ... like a moderater.

its a good idea cus then there will be more people moderating . and they will have to be a loyal person cus in order to be able to get to the certan ammount of posts (or points) they have to be on this site a LONG time ...

Yes but then some people would spam to be a mod, also just because they make alot of post does not mean they are good at being a mod and so.
