How do you add your site in the public_html directory? I checked mine and it said that if I wanted to change my page, I had to add my website in public_html directory. Where is it and how do you add it? Please help!

Add :2222/ to the end of your domain name, and login with the details you where provided with when you got your hosting account accepted.
Then use the file manager to upload files to your main directory (the file "index.html" or "index.php" is the one that will be loaded when one merely types in your directory).
Later on you can download filezilla and use that to upload your files using FTP, which is a lot faster.
