It's that horrible pain in the heel whenever you put weight on it. It's not a bone fracture or anything. Just an inflammation of the tendon which inserts into the heel bone under the foot arch.
I've been living with this for almost a decade and it is horrible.
Been seeking treatment from several podiatrists and they all tell me that I have to do stretching of the calf muscles to prevent the condition.
I also run about 8km every other day, and sometimes the pain gets real bad after a run that I can't stand on my feet for too long.
I've got custome made orthopedic insoles in my shoes, but they haven't seemed to help the pain either.
Anyone got any suggestions for this condition?
