I'm managing a site at the moment but my skills in web design are not great (my background is in systems/network management).
I've cobbled together a page design from bits and bobs but I now need this to be coded as a Deamweaver template with associated style-sheet.
The current design is here
Basically I need the page design templatised and would like a style-sheet which would allow the user to change the colour scheme (with an appropriate button/menu on the page to select). I'll go into more detail if anyone is interested and contacts me.
It's not a small undertaking so I'd be willing to negotiate a price.
