Create me a logo, 150 frih$!

I want a logo for my website www.urbanmagicshop.com, all i know is that i want it to have a black backround, and either a red or white color. The Main focus of the Logo will be the letters "U.M", the styling should have the feel of this:

but i don't want it to look like that. Plz have it done asap
