I have a prepaid mobile phone and I would like to turn off the Message Bank service. I use Optus Prepaid in Australia. Please let me know how I can do it. What I really want to do is to return a busy tone when I don't pick up my phone. I don't want it to go into VoiceMail or Message Bank. I just want a busy tone when I'm busy.

Why don't you call your network provider and ask them to turn off voicemail? Either that or just record a very long period of a "busy" tone as your mailbox greeting.
I called the network and they told me to key in ##0020# and press dial. It works. I'm guessing these keys are specific to the network. If you're on a different network, you might have to use a different key combination.
Does anyone know the code to turn off voice message bank on the Three network in Australia?
