Hi All
I have this message popping up in my event logs every now and then, but even after a bit of research I am still not understanding exactly what is causing it.
From what I have read MS has placed a limit (10 I think) on the number of TCP connections in an attempt to slow down the spread of viruses.
I have adjusted this limit to 100 and then 500 but am still getting this error. How many connections are needed and more importantly is this activity caused by some kind of virus. I am running Norton antivirus (updated definitions) and have not found anything but everytime I connect to the internet my computer freezes after awhile.
Another frustrating thing is that there are no entries recorded in the event log as to the freeze cause.
Anyone else experiencing/experienced similar and resolved it.
Thanks
