Need help in marketing site~~~

I'm wanna sell an package of ebook in internet with my own site.
But i don't know what to do, any experienced guy can help?
What tools do i need?

My requirements.
I wanna place a subcribe mailing list in my site.
Checkout tool (I planned to use verified premier account of Paypal and stormpay, egold)
autoresponder? got reliable? if can free or low cost autoreponder.
Any free template, but looking good?
What else tools does i need?

Is that possible making my marketing site with affiliate system?
like a member signup and purchase from me, then he refer some customer to me and i pay him.
Can teach me how? and sharing me the tools?

Any tips for promote my marketing site?

Well, unfortunately, I can't help much with the technical aspects, but it seems like you are trying to sell an e-book? If so, you could sell a real book through a service like Lulu.

Marketing your site is definitely a full time job. The best tip I can give you is always remember, Content is king. If you don't have content, especially addictive content, no one will want to sign up for your newsletter, no one will want to buy your book, and no one will visit your site (more than once anyway).

The websitesuck is really good points, i'll try to not follow and avoid them.
And the website contents and design is same like their domain name, quite suck but not bad contents.
