Be careful and be able to identify the liberal/conservative biases of the articles you read from say CNN (who is traditionally liberal) and FOX (who is traditionally conservative) to get the whole story.

Yes, true. Also be careful with American news as it can be very bias. I recommend some international sites. Something so monitored such as the BBC can be more liberal in their new depiction than American new.
I dont know about best. But i use BBC, Al Jazeera, Guerrilla News Network, and the New York Times most often. I suppose all of thoes are left leaning (GNN does alittle bit more then just lean)
