How to use CRE Loaded?

So does anyone on here have any experience setting up and using CRE loaded? I'm really looking for a fairly easy to use shopping cart and I downloaded CRE on a recommendation from another Frihost user. He said he'd used it for a while and had good luck with it. So I figured I'd try it out and I can't even install the damn thing. I thought I was following the instructions properly...but I can't get it to work.

So who can help me out??

Does CRE Loaded have a website? If so, you should consider asking the question there, or consulting the documentation, or FAQ (assuming they have any of these).
