I was just wondering, right now I'm using the lowest 'QUALITY' DV-tape from sony, but, they have the 'HIGH QUALITY' dv-tapes. If I use the high quality one, will i get better quality video?

I don't understand as better.
Your video signal won't be better. But you will get more reliability on avoiding drop frames and problems during recording.
