How to backup competely?

Hi,

I'm using free web hosting, may i know any program can completely backup/clone whole of directory, file, and database from free web host.
Just like moving from a host to another host.

Please show me, thanks.

Why don't you just get all your files using FTP and get the database by making a database-dump using phpAdmin?

Hi,

I also know that can download whole file/forlder via ftp but the problem is the new modem was unable disable the firewall. so i can't connect via ftp.

the myphpadmin, i know that can download database, but i got a question.
can it upload and working 100% function like original, my exmaple means after moving from a hosting to another hosting.

You could use copy and paste option in AdminPanel.
