You should first determine your budget for the PCs, then visit Dell's website and customize the PCs accordingly.
I hate working on Dell pc's.
They use a lot of proprietary parts (like PSU's).
You can't take a standard psu off the shelf and have it work in a Dell.

I would like to suggest HP business desktops and HP xw 4400/9300 workstations for your server needs.
may i please bring up an important thought about dell:
they are the worst company with their desktops
laptops.. they're ok
but everything is overpriced on a dell
plus, their customer support is horrendously terrible
i recommend hp too...
