Jarred
which version of Firefox di you use???
If it's not 2.0, Just upgrade it, it should fix it
In case that doesn't work, maybe it was just an advertisement. Is the website trustable? Tell us more, is it solved?
Well, this is normal when the windows media files are embeded within the web page. So, please go microsoft and download and install the extension.
This way after, you can play media files with it.
Its not fixed and I have version 2.0. The site has a radio thing on it with windows media centre but it doesnt load.
there is next version(alpha) of firefox gran paradiso looking better.
If you look for a plugin for Windows Media on the Firefox Addons Page and click on the plugin for Windows Media, you are directed to Windows Media Download site, so I would try reinstalling Widnows Media Player and it should finr Firefox and install the plugin for the embedded content. Give it a try.
Hi,
Could you post the address (the URL) of the web page that is giving you problems? That way is will be easier to help you.
Best Regards

Or you could play the URL.
(i.e. http://www.website.com/sound/radio.pls or .wav or .wmp etc)
Then copy the URL into Windows Media Player..
(i.e. File => Play URL...)
