How to backup competely?

Hi, i'm so fresh in web host.

How can i back mysql, all the files, folder or can say like migrate from a hosts to other other, is this possible?

Can anyone show me? Thanks.

You have to export everything by clicking on the main "folder" (the name of your database), the search for a link named "Export".

If it's by phpMyAdmin, if will not be hard, else I could not help you now, I don't have access currently. I'll have a look when I'll get a host eheh.
