I'm a huge Counter-strike junkie. The best server out there is Cant Stop Gaming (cantstopgaming.com) in my opinion (I'm biased...been there for 1+ years). If you like large games (54+) players and a clean environment, CSG is quite good.
Other games I play regularly and enjoy:
Battlefield2142 - Nice graphics, fun team based play. The upgrades system can be a little annoying, but not overly so.
Call of Duty 2 MP - Fast action, not as fun as CSS, but good for a change.
Day of Defeat - Much like CoD2 MP IMO.
Company of Heroes - a real time strategy game. Quite fun. I believe it was the highest rated RTS game ever from PC Gamer.

I DO play Jak 2, Jak 3, and Halo 2, but not usually. When I play Halo 2 online, I suck. Bad. But hey. I'm a girl.. what do you expect?

IMO is Maple Global better.

Dont really play any online.
Although I did try PES6 online. Was on a 7 game winning streak, online, played against this guy, beat him 3 times in a row. then checked my profile and it said that i had lost against that guy 3 times. Ending my run and destroying my ration & profile. 
The konami servers are crap and the system they use is turd. Theres lag in nearly every match and the game cant even keep track of a simple thing as wins & losses.
Needless to say my confidence in PES6 online is definitely rocked.
