bake sourdough bread

I've started baking sourdough bread on a daily basis; I bake fruit, plain white and now seeded breads - does anyone else here bake sourdough bread?

I'd be interested to see any pictures of bread, particularly the crumb and crust structure. When I get my web site up and running I'm going to post my method and formulas for other people to try.. ..should be fun.

I do some bread making myself, although I haven't tried sourdough. I have tried normal bread and raisin bread, but that's about all so far. Not very adventurous, I know.

I'm looking to try some other kinds of bread though so I might have to put some sourdoug on my list.
