I see quite a few complaining about their passwords not working. I had this trouble myself when I signed up, and when I tried to reset the password, it was sent to my email on my domain - which I didn't have access to.
So, as a suggestion, why don't you start putting the email addy of the requester as contact information in cpanel? That way if the password doesn't work, they'd be able to sort the problem themselves. Please correct me if I'm wrong
