Lost passwords

I see quite a few complaining about their passwords not working. I had this trouble myself when I signed up, and when I tried to reset the password, it was sent to my email on my domain - which I didn't have access to.

So, as a suggestion, why don't you start putting the email addy of the requester as contact information in cpanel? That way if the password doesn't work, they'd be able to sort the problem themselves. Please correct me if I'm wrong Smile

I don't know if it's a good idea, I just thought I'd suggest it. When i checked my inbox via cpanel a wile after it was restored I saw the email with the password etc.

And no, I don't really use the email that come with my domain Wink
