Im trying to login to control panel, I have put in the proper user name and password, I even checked my original email to be sure it was correct, however it says invaild user name or password. I also came up with this error when I tried to upload trough and FTP client. Any suggestions?

Are you sure you're using the username and password supplied in the PM to you? It's different to your forum username and password.
Please also note that both the username and password are case-sensitive, so please check that these are correct.

I did not receive a new password, so I'm not sure
I'm sorry, I have been getting all my messages through email. I just realized that in order to get the password I had to check my PMs thank you for your help!
