I just hav got 6.31$ in my google account....i wish to recive them but i m a noob.the message always displya like UR PAYEMENTS ARE CURRENTLY On HOLD ACTION IS REQUIRED TO RELAESE THEM.when i click on this thing it asks me to ..

"Please submit your tax information"

When i click for submit it asks me various thuigs...i done with all but left with 1 thing

1) "Do you own equipment in the U.S. related to your participation in AdSense? Yes or No?? (This includes owning a hosting service or web server in the U.S. If you simply use or rent from a U.S. hosting company, you can choose "No" to this question.)"

After this a page comes...."Certification of No U.S. Activities"..it asked me to put my name as my signature....

SO kindly tell me the step to get the money and also ...the preoper way..

Once you've typed your name into the agreement, that's all you need to do. You'll then chose your payment method (either direct bank payment or cheque) and you're set up and good to go. You are only paid when you've made $100 or more, you can't withdraw funds at any other time.

Actually I think it's different now. They mail you a number, then you have to verify it. At least that's how it was with me, quite a pain actually.

No, it's against the AdSense rules to publish what you make from how many clicks. That is, you may either publish your earnings or your click count, but not both. But IANAL.
