I need a good ask and answer script

I need a PHP script does ask and answer like Yahoo Answers.
Admins can answer questions, guest and ask questions and comment on them...
the ones I see are too basic, like pure text, no HTML allowed ones...
like as powerful as the one on http://www.askdavetaylor.com/

the site you mentioned above is run on movabletype - http://www.movabletype.org/ - a popular blog software. The admin there probably edited the permissions so anyone can ask questions (create a thread) but only he can answer the questions (make a reply), if indeed this is how it works. He probably edited the language pack however to suit his needs, but this is pretty simple.

I know it's simple.. but I just can't bothered to make one myself because..
I have to write a Ray Casting 3D engine and a Polymorphic PHP virus...

sorry, i think you misunderstood.

the only thing that you'll probably have to do, is install moveable type on your account and then slightly edit the language file [ so, instead of saying "This reply was made by..." you have "This question was answered by..." - this is probably all the other guy did ]

If you don't want to eidt it then you could just install a free knowledge base software
