Can you freeze my account ASAP? I have to leave for more training for the military and I will be gone for about 14 Weeks. If you could freeze my account A.S.A.P. and un-freeze it around May 5th that would be excellent. I am just wondering if it's possible for you to do this.

I don't think that this will be possible, but if you make a backup, it should be very easy to get re-hosted again
Unfortunately, we can't "freeze" accounts. Please take a backup of your site from Direct Admin - if your account has been removed by the time you return, you'll be able to re-request the hosting account and simply upload the backup.
