Any Difference Rapidshare.com or .de

I am premium user of rapidshare.de and their servers are saying they are full and no more uploads, I notice some people upload to rapidshare.com, but my username and password are not recognised.

any thoughts??

uPDATE**** Just had a support e-mail I sent a few days ago answered, or at least in part.

All our drives are currently full, but you can still download, Radidshare.com is a different company and you will need to read their terms and conditions......
