My Second domain is not working

I have changed the NS of my domain and I have just add the domain in my DirectAdmin and a folder also created with that domain name.

I have uploaded a file for this site is under construction and uploaded as index.html in public_html folder.

Now when I access that domain, I just get the folder view. I give two folder named cgi-bin and rvadmin.

What do I do ?? Am I done something wrong

Well when you upload your files you have to upload it in that folder that it created for the second domain.
