Mac Users with iWeb

Im a mac user, and I use iWeb to design my wepages. I then use easy iweb publisher (and FTP client to upload things) this hasnt been working to well with my comcast account for it only displays the first page. ANYWAY my question is can I use a FTP client with Frihost?
