Best Picture (Drama): Babel Best Picture (Comedy/Musical): Little Miss Sunshine
Best Actor (Drama): Leonardo DiCaprio Best Actress (Drama): Helen Mirren
Best Actor (Comedy/Musical): Johnny Depp Best Actress (Comedy/Musical): Toni Collette
Best Supporting Actor: Jack Nicholson Best Supporting Actress: Cate Blanchett
Best Director: Martin Scorsese Best Screenplay: Babel

I'm sure that someone out there can rip my estimations to threads, and i would love a bit of debate re: which movies deserve awards. The above post is meant as a starting point for a discussion about the best films of 2006. (Please, please, please do NOT say Harry Potter or Eragon etc etc)
