Its nice but looks. i feel some thing more is missing... i cant figure out what.. i will let you know later

Yes it looks nice. But in my opinion, you should change the font colour of the logo and the text on the side. Yellow seems a bit too light, if you ask me. Change it to a more darker colour.

I agree that. Colours are too simillar acording contrast.

It looks that site layout is missing. You should but a simple frame round your site. Not using frames, but border beeing a frame. You should drop tables and use divs. It isn't so hard to modify site so, but it takes the time, but it is all worth of it.
