First, make sure you have already created a database @ http://frih.net:2222/CMD_DB?domain=manum.frih.net - If you haven't then you cannot log into phpmyadmin.
Make sure you information is correct then try logging into phpmyadmin @ www.manum.frih.net/phpmyadmin/
If that doesn't work try logging in @ www.frih.net/phpmyadmin/

Did you create a database? You need to create a database in order to have a name and password to log-in with. Using your DirectAdmin username and password won't work I believe.
