Graphical "Ads by Google" Logo

Hai all,

I just spotted an instance where the "Ads by Google" is a combination of text (Ads by) and a gif (Google).

It certainly took me by surprise. Has anyone else seen this or have I just crawled out from beneath a rock?

Yup, the text now also available in few picture, such as google color small ads, google blackwhite small ads and G ads.

Maybe still got more but haven't meet them yet, this is just beta testing from google adsense team, don't worry about it.

I saw that too, it happens every so often, I have only seen a colourful on so far

I don't think google will be going with this scheme of theirs. It will decrease CTR.

I can't find the google adsense blog post, but the change is being phased in across all ads, and it's meant to increase CTR and increase brand recognition because "Google" is now in logo form, rather than text.
