Depends on the teplate of the forum. Some have links that have _parent or _top as target. I wanted to show my forum in the right side of my frameset but after a click on ACP or any of the navigationlinks at the top of the forum, it destroyed my frameset and used the whole browsersize.
ok, then i guess i would have to change one by one all the targets...
