Yes Frihost comes with php 4, and Frihost can run e107
.
excuse my ignorance, but what is e107?
Use google before you spam
.
http://e107.org/news.php Also, there are other topics on e107.. use the board's search also. Anyways I will explain, e107 is a content management, which is powered by mysql and php, and it is extremely powerful! You should try it out, but do use Google, and the board search for more information. Enjoy!

yes i am using e107 cms for my site. its very easy to install and maintain.
But it is not easy to customize, you should have good knowledge of php and template system.
In my site there was no need to so much customization that's why i keep e107 as it is. But it was gr8 experience for me.
my site is :
