Hi again i'm pretty good at photoshop so just ask me if u want and sigs or webgraphics!!

voted no however it doesnt mean doesn't look pretty good.
there's 2 sides to graphic design 1 is coming up with a good idea and good colours etc and the other is actually being able to execute it well in Photoshop (world's greatest software package). Looks loks youre good at 1 (if that's your own idea).
The jagged artefacts at bottom right of the inner black circle are the giveaway. When doing graphics even for the screen in the size you are doing, always work at 5 or 6 times the resolution (higher the better). Keep this as the master, then use PS to shrink the image at the last minute before making the JPEG. you'll get better results.
If them jaggies don't go away, use the sponge tool to smooth them out - doing this on a magnified image means you can get away with murder when the image gets shrunk.
