Please remember saying "hi and welcome" to somebody is not a quality post. As a new member, you should avoid replying to these topics (because replies to such topics tend to be very short). If you see any topics that have not been replied to yet, don't start replying to them all. This might be seen as spam. Also, don't try to copy/paste the same welcoming message over and over again because this might result in a serious warning.
