Moving Joomla from one server to another

What do i have to to move the joomla cms from one server to another. When we install joomla in the frihost server i know that it will be blank at the first place. i want to move all the files from my localhost to frihost directory. i know that the joomla directory cannot be copied and pasted in other directory. can the database be moved from the localhost to frihost database.i don't have much information on the php. so is there any component or module to do this trick.??

Backup your database, and upload it to the server via the CP(under the database section, don't upload it to a directory like a normal file). Then, upload a fresh installation of Joomla, and set it up to use your uploaded database.

Copying the database from one server to the other is not enough. You should also copy *all* the files of the old installation.

When you have finished copying, you have to change the settings in cofiguration.php (local path, database name, username and password).

If you do not copy all the files, you will run into trouble with installed components and mambots.
