My require ment is that , i want a forum software , that can do with minimal in case of

storage
response time

and maximum in case of speed and efficiency .

I need to form a community in my site .
So please recommend me any of the forum softwares .

And also , i need something standard and used most .

The fastest, lightest you are going to get is FlatForum from http://www.phatcode.net/ . However, if you want something more advanced, search for FlingForum on Google, which is in basis very similar to FlatForum, with the big difference being the ability to have multiple message areas and a login system(though with the new FlatForum there's no need for one).
