Layout messed up. They should be aligned, but there not

I got a flash video of it. It's 7.36mb, so it's a long load.

Well, the 2 sides should be aligned, but there not. Once side is up high like it should be, but the other is lower, and un-aligned.

If anyone can figure it out, and fix it, I can send it the coding to them to get it fixed, and I will supply some frih$

There's no movie there, at least i'm not seeing it. You could have just made a screen shot of it, it would have been alot smaller and would have definitely shown up.
