Hey guys I just got a free Imac, and its my first mac, I can't figure out how to find out the specs, of it like ram size, hard drive size, etc. It is OS X btw. Thanks
How to find Imac specs.
Click on the apple, then select "about this Mac". It should tell you what you need to know. It is in the upper left corner of the screen. I hope you find what you need! 
if you need even more information, you can go into your utilities folder (apple-shift-u while in finder) and open an application called "System Profiler"
