Can i install Django at frihost ? Does Frihost support it? And what about Symfony (open-source PHP web framework)?

Frihost has php, mySQL, and Python. So as far as I can tell from a skim through their websites, yes.
Ok, but the host provides a quick installation interface for Django, TurboGears etc or we must install by ourserves downloading, unpacking, installing etc? By the was, do we have root accout in Frihost to be able to do that?
