I have a domain at name.com and i want to transfer it to another registrar , i don't know how to do it , anyone have experience about this with them ? i wonder they charge a fee when transferring a domain away from them. i sent 2 emails and still no replies their support seems sux too.

I had a domain name hosted at an isp, and I didn't like their service. I found a new isp (www.one.com) that was both cheap and helpfull in transferring my domain for the bad isp to them.
I cannot recall if they did it all for me, or just told me to do what and when, but at least I got it tranferred within two days or so. But my old isp was at least decent enough to answer mails and stuff (I had paid them a years subscription in advance, so they did have their money already).
