When the disbelievers in Mecca have denied the existence of the day of judgement, and refused to accept the power of Allah and his ability to send them back after there death and to gather there bones, Allah has answered that he is not just able to reform there bones but also to recreate there fingerprints, this small part of the human body which identifies its carrier and allow us to differentiate between individuals under any circumstances. All this was proven by scientific experiments in the end of the 19th century. This is a real miracle that indicates the power of the creator Allah who said in the Quran:
Allah says: ( Soon will We show them Our Signs in the (furthest) regions (of the earth), and in their own souls, until it becomes manifest to them that this is the Truth. Is it not enough that thy Lord doth witness all things?) (SURAH FUSSILAT:53)

this is a big claim.
Quran marks to fingerprint event in 7th. century.
If you look at the quotes from the Qu'ran on that page, you'll see that it makes no reference to fingerprints.

(SURAH AL QIYAMAH:1.2.3.4.) |
yes it does not say "fingerprints"
it says "tip of finger" and it refers to fingerprints.
but think about this.
in 7th century; if quran claims all the people have a different fingerprints, people will probably will laugh.
then it does not say exactly "fingerprints" , only refers to it.
i have the qu'ran right here (albeit an arabic/french translation, but hey i can read one of the languages), give me the verse and i'll find it in here. did not see it on the page either.

Many such claims are made by Islam...personally I remain sceptical.
As for this particular claim - there is actually no categorical evidence that fingerprints can be used to uniquely identify individuals as claimed. Even fingerprints from the same individual change over time as the dermal ridges become worn or damaged and it is entirely possible that the differences between prints from the same digit at different times could be as great or greater than the difference between two prints from different digits taken at the same time.

It appears to refer "even the smallest detail"; I think that claiming that it refers to them as a form of identification is spurious at best. Islam has a legitimate claim on a number of things; why would it need to claim something like that?
If you want your religion to be taken seriously, it helps if you make sure that all claims are legit; as a Christian, I know the problem. Too many Christians claim that things were prophesied in The Bible, using weird ways of interpreting it, even looking at combining parts willynilly...

THE RESURRECTION (75) (al-qiyamah) Number of Verses: 40
In the Name of God, the Beneficent, the Merciful
I swear by the Day of Resurrection (75:1)
and by the self accusing soul (that you will certainly be resurrected) (2).
Do men think that We shall never be able to assemble their bones? (3).
We certainly have the power to restore them even the very tips of their finger (4).
75. La résurrection (Al-Qiyamah)
Révélé avant Hégrah. Il y'a 40 versets dans ce chapitre.
Au nom d'Allah, le Tout Miséricordieux, le Très Miséricordieux.
1. Non!...
And who's to say they didn't know all about fingerprints in the 7th century? It doesn't take a whole lot of technology to find and match fingerprints (especially if you have very good eyesight), and the knowledge of it could have been lost at some point, especially during the dark ages. Back in the day, the Arabs had one of the most advanced civilizations in the world.
If the Druids (or whoever they were) could predict eclipses with naught but boulders, why couldn't these Muslims figure out that everyone had unique fingerprints?
As for this passage proving anything about Allah's scientific knowledge, that is an incredible stretch.
