I use Vim on both Linux and Windows (though it's not a PHP editor as such).
I use Notepad 2. It really is awesome. You can edit everything! Its a way better version of notepad and it comes with text highlighting, well so does everything.
i use notepad++ for all my editing needs... havent used any other program so far
I use Rapid PHP. It has a lot of features that make PHP editing quite a nice experience.

well i think i'll use dreamweaver to create my php pages.
I use textpad. Just starting to learn how to code with php. Is it more helpful to use programs like Dreamweaver for the coding?
I use UltraEdit and it is awesome. sometime I use Notepad coz it is fastest and simple!
Im using Quanta. A lot of my friends use bluefish. I don't know if its any better though...anyway. I've been using quanta eversince so im recommending it to everyone. it has lots of plugins and whats more important is that it is Open Source! hehe
I use DzSoft PHP editor and find it quiet nice
I use vim, emacs and occassionaly gphpedit
I just use dreamweaver 8 because I know the php so all I do is code it and then use the built-in FTP feature of dreamweaver to save it. This way I can also code pure html and javascript pages as well with ease.
dreamweaver 8, i love the sites feature for easy uploading and testing of files
