Umm im not positive but it looks like you haven't been spaming from the few posts I read of yours. Maybe did you host some ilegal files. Mp3's are the most common (i belive)

Frihost does not have to give two warnings before banning a member. This is certainly true in cases where users have agreed to the TOS and then broken them.
